yeap… start of the new year… y m i not excited…. or more
importantly… why didnt i notice the transition…. this year feels
like last year n there isnt tht much difference… M i gettin an early
mid-life crisis? Tht cant be, i havent evn gotten my 6 figure paychck
yet…

bt yeah… London trip went well… the last few days went hella good…

Met
up wth Adam n both of us went to the Gaming Expo near Imperial…. it
was hella cool… they had evrythg there… frm Pong to PS3 to
Pokemon… It was hella sick… Me n Adam tried a few games here n
there… i thk we spent the most time on Guitar HEro though…. Smoke
On The Water!!! The only song tht i knw how to play reasonably well….

Hmm…
lets see… i got a chance to meet up wth my couz too… we went for
French Food… n guess wht…. i had mussels!!(Is tht how u spell
it?)… Seafood!!!…. Surprise? Me too!! But it was cool though…
there was absolutely no smell at all… It was so good!!! After tht…
i went over to her bf’s apartment to hang for a sec… N it turns
out… she lives exactly across the street from Rupert Everett…
LOL…. She pretty much has a birds eye view of his apartment… I
wonder what she cld see… (-_-)"… Mr. Everett is gay after all…

Me n Couz under a Christmas Tree

Damn…
The seats were amazing… It reclines completely straight n turns into
a bed and all… N for the first time in my whole flying life… i
actually had extra leg-room to spare… The food was excellent… I
mean… it’s so much dif thn coach.. For one there was only 2 seats in
a row.. legroom luxury… chilled sald forks… Metal cutlery (i didnt
knw they still had tht aftr 9/11)…. Wine… Macadamia nuts frm Africa
as snacks… N 3 course meals… oh damn it was airline heaven… I thk
i’ll die frm bliss if i went to 1st class… seriously… whn the pilot
announced tht we were abt to land in SAn Fran.. i was like.. "5 more
minutes mom!!"

N thts not evn Half the Menu…

So yeah…
all in all… the London trip was pretty good..didnt do much shopping
though.. guess i wasnt in the mood for it… cant wait for next year…
AMSTERDAM!!!

So i came bck to CAli… n guess wht i got for Christmas!!!

for all u ppl who dont knw Charlz… he is a cool person studyin in
UTP.. if it werent for a certain national policy i m pretty certain
he’d be in the states as well, or the UK, since he is displeased with
the after-effects of studyin in the states… cool guy, one of my
closest frenz… he probably didnt mentioned it in his post.. but we
hated each other when we first met… bt one thg lead to the other n we
became closest pals… talk abt CHANGE huh??

It’s weird…
I
happen to hate cold so very much… N yet, i leave the sanctity of
sunny California for the winter fogs of London… i must be outta my
mind

Nywayz… it aint tht bad here either… at least i get to break the daily routine and such…

So
Nywayz… after a day of rest in London after landing… I got myself
onto a bus n off to Oxfor with Hizami and Ben… N from there, we did
all sorts of scholarly activities in Oxford whch are better left
unexplained…. hahahahha… Nywayz.. juz look at the pics.. u’ll
understand soon enuff…

oh yeah… juz remembered… got reminded by Charlz…. i totally forgot abt this issue… It shows what below zero temperatures can do to ur hormonal drive…
Nywayz… i was in the Oxford Ashmoleum wth Hizami, lookin at wine glass from the Renaissance… Don’t get me wrong, i love history and all, but when u start displayin wine glasses, u hav juz sent me to boredom central….

So Nywayz.. to break the monotony, i saw this hot Jap chick…. N thought it would be a great way to use the Cali charm… Hizami was giving me this ‘look’ that totally had ‘ur not bringing her home’ all over it… Bt knwing me… i went for her anywayz… N as always.. the Cali charm worked. I got 20 year-old Yun’s cell-num n was told tht i could call her after 5pm for dinner… hahahha… Hizami totally didnt bliv it… Nywayz.. in the end.. i didnt call her… coz i alrdy had plans to go out wth Ben and frenz… so… sorry Yun, it was not meant to be…i’ll giv u a call the next time i go to Oxford…

I m definitely gonna visit Cambridge next year if Kendrick doesnt go bck to Malaysia for christmas again….

Spent
a Godless Christmas at my aunt’s home here in London with my couz…
It’s interesting to experience a somwhat atheist Christmas with 2 other
individuals who coundln’t care less about the ‘true’ meaning of
Christmas… The only real thg we really cared abt Christmas was tht
the cable dont fail us and leave us wth only the free channels… GOD
FORBID…

Well… i guess thts all.. hmm… we’ll see wht new year has instore for us….

thts it…the finals are finally over… n as hitler before me… i
stand on the top of the podium… looking down at the obstacles i
overcame to be here… 4.0 GPA again… sickness!!!!

so yeah…
rite after the exams… me n a few frenz of mine decided to take a trip
north to get away frm it all…. well… among other places.. we went
to Berkeley for the heck of it… saw my frenz couz who was studying
EECS… nothg tht interesting over there.. except for the fact tht
there were a lot of freakin hobos over there.. damn man… the hobos…
the only redeeming factor for tht was tht they had weed.. hahaha

So
Nywayz.. we thn went to this peruvian restaurant whr Meaguel guided us
thru the menu of his homeland… damn… i seriouly loved the purple
corn juice.. it was so good….

Aite… i guess thts all.. tomoro i’ll be postin smthg abt oxford thn…

I talked to a fren the other day…
And after my first few words.. he stopped the conversation to tell me that i hav matured…

I didnt really understand at first becoz to me.. i’ve been who i’ve been all this while…
But from his explanation, it seems that i have morphed so much from the person that i was last year that it required a verbal expression…

I thought about that for the rest of tht night..
I discovered that i have experience a number of life-changing events in the past year..
N i also believe that i now am more capable of thinking straight..

So bcoz of tht.. i hav decided to do away with the youthful title of yesteryear.. N giv my blog a touch of maturity, while stil preserving the idealistic-temporary insanity-downward controversial flair that characterized it all this while…

So here..now.. i list all the more important thgs tht i have learnt thru out the year..

• ~~Malaysia isn’t as perfect as the propoganda ads on TV
• ~~I believe that there is NO GOD… N there are MANY others in the world who share my  belief..
• ~~You are as correct to the extent you argue your case..
• ~~Stupidity will plague you wherever you go…
• ~~I m hella VAIN
• ~~Marble Mocha Machiatto is hella good..
• ~~Any undesired effect, if preempted, can be prevented…
• ~~I actually like reading, just not from the selection of books that Malaysia (under the rulings of ISA) offers.
• ~~I have the capability to hurt ppl emotionally… Really badly… The tally is now 4…
• ~~Love is now a taboo word for me tht i shall never use to refer to
  myself unless i hav bn in a relationship for at least 3 years…
• ~~I have the right to take away your happiness if u piss me off…
• ~~Knowledge is the only virtue, ignorance is the only sin…(u knw who u r)
• ~~The mark of sentiency is how much u knw; the mark of intelligence is how much you understand..

Well i guess thts all… i like the last 5 the most…
so yeah…

It’s been a freakin year alrdy!!!
OMG… time sure flies… The thanksgiving i had in Folsom last year felt like it juz ended yesterday…
I guess thts how time flies…

Nywayz… This year.. i celebrated thanksgiving in Monterey over at Jason’s place..
Boy.. did we stuff ourselves good…
I mean seriously… There was so much left…

I had my deviled eggs of course…

Nywayz… i learned a few stuff in tht one night… everythg in life is like a mathematical equation… everything can be calculated, predicted and acted upon if you have the correct equation… And variables… yes variables… the more variables you can identify, the better the predicton of ur equation….

Everyone is a subject to the laws of math,logic, cause and effect… yes….
The rule of which governs everything in the universe… not some bearded dude who sits in a cloud…

If u drink too much wine, u need to take a piss..
If u eat too much cake, u wld gain weight, which would cause u to take action against that…
If u piss someone off, expect some sort of retaliation in the future…
Cause and effect…

The world is simple in that sense…

The trick to this issue is this:
if u knw the cause, and you know the inevitable effect… what will you do?
This is where logic and the amount of information u have comes into play…

If u have the logical capabilities, you can initiate another set of causes and effects which would overcome the obstacles brought up by the previous effects, thus saving u from more undesirabe effects…

However, with both logic and the information about the variables which form the causes, you can ultimately predict the logical pathway of the causes and tweak its variable ahead of time to create the desired effect….

Remember that well…

Ur life, is governed by a logical equation which is built from the actions that you have taken in the past… If someone knows u well enuff, then they can figure out ur mind’s logical pathway, which would ultimately give them the ability to predict your actions…

Everything in reality is governed by logic; and the life your living is merely an equation…
